Welcome to the age of empires iii improvement patch! this mod is an unlimited-population + better units mod. it lets you have unlimited outposts, town centers, ships, and settlers. outposts cost a lot less, and there are some over powered units. pike-men are now useful, with a great 30 melee damage.. Change the xx to a high number such as 999, save the file and start age of empires 3. go into a skirmish game, go to manage your city and you will now have 999 unlock points to unlock various things for your city.. The default population limit is 200, but you can enter a cheat code to make it unlimited. load or start a new game from the "age of empires ii" main menu. press the "enter" key to bring up the game's chat box..
