On Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at approximately 8:52 PM, the subject depicted within engaged in an a lewd act while aboard an inbound train between Alewife and Davis Square MBTA Stations.
The subject is described as follows;
A white male, 25-35 years of age, clean shaven, medium build, between 5’10’’-6’00’’ in height, wearing a red ball cap, headphones, white long sleeve shirt, dark pants, black sneakers with white solemedia inquiries should be directed to Superintendent Richard Sullivan at rsullivan@mbta.com

The subject is described as follows;
White or Hispanic male, 20 years of age, long hair in a ponytail, wearing gray sweatpants, a gray sweatshirt with a red horizontal stripe on the top portion of the sweater, with the words, “STUSSY INTERNATIONAL” scribed on it.
