Dorchester man arrested for Open Gross Lewdness

On January 3, 2017 at approximately 11:30AM a Transit Police officer assigned to the Central District was on patrol at the MBTAs Back Bay station when he was approached by a commuter who informed him there was a male openly masturbating in the mens bathroom. The officer proceed to the bathroom and quickly located the offending male, later identified as William Aparicio, 67 of Dorchester. Aparicio was placed into custody for Open and Gross Lewdness and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
