1)First of all install Lucky Patcher App from here.

2)Then allow root permission.

3)Then open your lucky patcher app.

4)Now you can see all your installed app here.

 5)Now click on the app you want to purchase.

6)Now click on Open Menu Of Patches

7)Now click on Support Patch For InApp LVL Emulation

8)Now tick mark the 1st three option.

9)Now click on apply and leave for processing.

10)Now click on launch app.

11)Go to your  app and what u want to purchase and click.

12)Tick mark on on third option and pres ok .

                                            You are done
