Note -The Kommen app is a complement to the Uber App for riders. Answers to commonly asked questions: ============================= Q1: Is there an Uber booking Fee? A1: No. The app is free to use for booking rides. It is also free to download. Q2: Can you pre book Uber airport rides? A2: Yes. Q3: Can you book uber (uberX and other product types) with Kommen? A3: Yes, you can book UberX, Uber Black, UberSelect and Uberpool with Kommen. We will likely add other products over time. Q4: How early can you book your Uber (Uber early morning trip)? A4: You can schedule your Uber for anytime you wish Q5: How do you handle surges? A5: We book your ride once the surge ends. Q6: What happens when a driver cancels a ride? A6: We re-book your ride automatically, as long as it is before your scheduled time. Q7: Can I cancel a booked ride? A7: Yes: until the ride is called. Once the ride is called, you have to cancel with the Uber app. Q8: Kommen is not available for download in my country. Why is that?
