1) Install Pdanet+ and Foxifi key app on ur android below link attached with.

2) Now install PdaNet+ on ur Pc pda bet for pc
3) Now enable usb debugging in developper option on ur android.
4) Now conect ur android with usb cable.
5) Now tick on Activate Usb Mode on ur andorid and start concetion on pc .
